- Buying in Dubai is a straightforward process. Very recently the government have announced that foreigner can buy freehold property as well as leasehold property although no implementation of this has yet been disclosed
- On new property, the buyer pays a 20% deposit followed by staged payments until completion
- For resale property, once a property has been found a holding deposit is paid until funds are in place until to exchange.
