Conditions of Use for sellers

By listing your property with Straight Estate you are agreeing to pay a £69 non-refundable fee for Straight Estate to market your property until sold.

Straight Estate will renew the listing on a yearly basis unless you have sold the property and taken the property off-line from your account. Straight Estate will contact you by e-mail shortly before each yearly renewal to verify you wish to continue to advertise your property.

Straight Estate will add your property information and pictures of your property in the appropriate country ~ region ~ area as indicated by you when adding your property to the site. If you feel that the appropriate country ~ region ~ area selection is unavailable for your property, please indicate in the box provided your desired country ~ region ~ area. Straight Estate will review your request and wherever possible will try and accommodate your request to the best of our ability. In certain circumstances we may decide an alternative country ~ region ~ area is more suitable for your property. Straight Estate decision is final as to the chosen country ~ region ~ area for your property.

Your advert may not contain any text or images that Straight Estate deems to be of an unsuitable nature for the purpose of marketing a property for sale. Such information may be, but not limited to, text or pictures that contain sexual, racist or abusive material. If Straight Estate deem any information to be of this nature, Straight Estate reserve the right to remove the property from display immediately. Straight Estate will then contact you to modify the details. If Straight Estate deem that the nature of the material to be very offensive we reserve the right to withdrawal your property permanently.

All enquiries generated by the property details will be forwarded to you the property advertiser to reply to the client directly. We accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the text of the advert. You are able to modify your advert at anytime.

You agree to Straight Estate adding your property details to other internet property portals or alternative advertising methods in an attempt to maximise your property coverage.

You agree to inform Straight Estate as soon as the property is under offer or sold.

You agree to indemnify Straight Estate against any copyright issues relating to the text and photographs that you have supplied to us to support your advert.

You must reply to all enquiries as soon as is practical to ensure that clients receive details as they request.

Straight Estates Ltd reserves all right to reject any listing by agents, developers and private individuals. In this instance, a full refund will be given.
